The Mustangs

The Mustangs are gearing up for a busy Summer of activity with a host of major festival appearances and a brand new studio album. The band has been confirmed for slots at the Maryport, Rogate, Cambridge, Newark, Swanage and Boogaloo Isle of Wight Blues Festivals.
The South Coast based four-piece band will also be releasing their 6th album in July. Titled Shaman & The Monkey, the album is the band’s second on the Cross Border label, following the critically acclaimed Cut Loose. The 13-track album will be available from Amazon, iTunes, and all good online retailers.

New Blues Radio Show

Stan Cockeram of Riverside Blues Band and Steamer has a new blues radio show on The Park FM .  Called OUT IN THE WOODS, you can listen through http://www.thepark.fm/ or if you are near The New Forest , on 96.9fm on Tuesdays from 8pm to 10pm.

Buddy Whittington Gigs and New CD

Buddy Whittington will be touring in the UK to promote his new album, Six String Svengali, at the end of August. The ex Bluesbreaker has been solo since 2008 and this is his third solo album. The album is available on Manhaton Records and has eleven original songs by Buddy, who is backed by Wayne SIx on bass and Mike Gage on drums who also produced, mixed and engineered the album. Six String Svengali is available for order from the Manhaton Records or Buddy Whittington websites.
